This item is a vintage celluloid figurine depicting a tall, elegant lady in early 20thcentury attire, likely from the 1920s–1930s Art Deco period. She is shown holding a large widebrimmed hat with both hands, wearing a light blue jacket over a long creamcolored skirt with ruffled hem and painted heels.

The figurine is marked “Foreign” and “Celluloid” at the back of the skirt, indicating early import origin, likely preWWII. The handwritten label also references this as a “Celluloid Lady Figure”.
