This is a beautiful four-piece lot of antique or vintage dinnerware from the Devon Ware line by S. F. & Co. (Staffordshire Figure and Co.), made in Stoke-on-Trent, England.

The well-known pattern is "CECIL" (No. 1204), a striking example of early 20th-century English transferware with hand-painted details. It features a decorative garland border in red, teal/blue-green, and a distinctive mustard yellow rim.
