This is a beautiful and classic vintage Goebel Hummel figurine titled "Little Guardian" with the model number #56/B.

This charming piece depicts a young boy sitting in a tree, with his loyal dog watching over him on the ground below. The figurine is meticulously handpainted with soft, natural colors, characteristic of the Hummel style. The boy wears a red, polkadotted hat and a blue jumper, while the tree trunk features delicate pink flowers.

The bottom of the figurine is marked with the Goebel company mark, including the stylized V with the bee, which is known as the "Trademark 5" or TMK5.
