This is a beautiful fourpiece lot of antique or vintage dinnerware from the Devon Ware line by S. F. & Co. (Staffordshire Figure and Co.), made in StokeonTrent, England.

The wellknown pattern is "CECIL" (No. 1204), a striking example of early 20thcentury English transferware with handpainted details. It features a decorative garland border in red, teal/bluegreen, and a distinctive mustard yellow rim.
