Condition: Good, vintage preowned condition. The large trough/planter has some crazing and a small chip on the rim, as shown in the photos. The small bowl is in very good condition with no chips or cracks. Both pieces show wear consistent with age.

Description: This is a charming pair of vintage ceramic pieces from Maling, England. The set includes a large, ovalshaped trough or planter and a smaller, scalloped bowl. Both pieces feature a beautiful pink and green floral design, resembling dogwood blossoms, on a ribbed, offwhite background.

The large trough is marked on the bottom with the classic Maling castle logo and "ENGLAND," along with the pattern number 6586. The smaller bowl has a different, indistinct mark but complements the larger piece perfectly.
